This expanded access protocol is intended to provide compassionate use of OKN-007 for participants with diffuse midline glioma (including diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, DIPG) who have completed standard-of-care radiation therapy.

If you or your doctor believes your child or dependent may be eligible to enroll, please register. Registration takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Once you do so, the xCures team will coordinate enrollment in the expanded access protocol and/or offer alternative treatment assistance, as appropriate.
