About the Role
We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager with an upbeat, can-do mindset paired with strong organizational skills and sound judgment. You will own the end-to-end demand creation and capture strategy and execution. You will report to the VP of Marketing Communications and work closely with the Product Marketing Manager and the Director of Marketing Operations.
You will ensure that messaging reaches the right audiences through well-designed, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and a qualified pipeline.
You will be responsible for building implementation-ready campaign plans, selecting distribution channels, launching programs across digital and offline channels, and continuously analyzing and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate Marketing Requirement Documents into integrated, multi-channel campaign plans across awareness, education, consideration, and conversion stages
- Develop detailed campaigns that include objectives, target segments, channel mix, timelines, budgets, and measurable outcomes
- Determine and manage distribution channels, including paid media, organic digital, email, events, partnerships, and targeted outbound coordination
- Own campaign execution across marketing automation, CRM, and paid platforms with strong tracking and attribution discipline
- Analyze campaign performance across funnel stages and optimize channel mix, messaging deployment, offers, and audience targeting
- Establish reporting frameworks that clearly connect marketing activity to pipeline generation and revenue contribution
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conversion rates, sales cycle length, and campaign ROI.
- Lead testing initiatives across creative, channels, and offers to improve conversion and cost efficiency
- Standardize campaign planning, documentation, and execution workflows
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (technical, healthcare, or science field preferred)
Experience:
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or revenue marketing experience in SaaS or health technology
- Demonstrated success in building multi-channel campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth
- Experience in LinkedIn and Google search ad campaigns, SEO
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong and demonstrable B2B healthcare writing skills
- Ample experience in project management software

- Comfortable managing budgets and performance targets
- Analytical mindset with fluency in funnel metrics, attribution models, and campaign ROI analysis and reporting
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort operating in a high-accountability environment

Compensation
- Salary range: $115,000 – $155,000
