About the role

As the Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for owning and closing strategic, high-value deals with large healthcare enterprises. You’ll drive new business within targeted accounts and develop long-term relationships that lead to expansion and multi-year partnerships. You’re a seasoned, consultative seller who understands how to navigate complex buying cycles and sell business value to C-suite stakeholders. 

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to contract execution for enterprise-level clients
  • Develop and execute territory and account-based strategies to penetrate net new logos
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support prospects throughout the sales journey
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to each stakeholder’s strategic goals
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and activity within HubSpot
  • Navigate multi-threaded sales motions involving legal, IT, procurement, and executive sponsors
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in SaaS or tech-driven industries.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding a $1M+ annual quota
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, and life sciences markets)
  • Consultative selling skills with experience influencing senior decision-makers (CIO, CMIO, CFO, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience with value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) is a plus

Other Plusses

  • Undergraduate degree in a health sciences and/or technical field
  • Graduate degree(s) in a relevant subject area
  • Customer management experience using a CRM system like Hubspot
  • Previous professional experience in the SaaS/healthcare domain
  • Strong technical skill sets

  • Remote
  • US-based travel required (10-20%)

Salary & Benefits

Base: $120,000-$150,000 + Performance Incentives
