Manager, Revenue Operations and GTM Systems
This Role is Perfect for You If You Love:
- You are energized by building from zero — the idea of inheriting a six-year-old HubSpot instance and turning it into a scaled commercial engine genuinely excites you, not intimidates you.
- You think in systems and outcomes — you don’t just configure tools, you design the logic behind them and hold yourself accountable to the revenue results they produce.
- You are comfortable being the only RevOps person in the room — you thrive with ownership, work well without a playbook, and make good decisions without a lot of oversight.
- You care deeply about HIPAA compliance and data integrity — you understand that in a healthcare environment, clean, compliant systems are not optional, and you take that seriously.
- You want your work to matter beyond the dashboard — the revenue infrastructure you build directly enables cancer patients to connect with better treatment options, and that drives you.
- You are equally comfortable in the weeds of CRM administration and in the room presenting pipeline insights to a CFO — you can do both and know when each is needed.
- You are excited by the pace of a company scaling from 2 to 10+ reps in a short window — rapid change feels like opportunity, not chaos.
About xCures
xCures is redefining how healthcare organizations in the US access, trust, and act on patient data. Our mission is to ensure that critical patient information is available when, where, and how it’s needed most — helping care providers and partners make faster, better-informed decisions that improve health outcomes.

Our driving purpose is to equip our partners with the critical pieces of validated, traceable information that they need to render care and services in a form that inspires confidence and provides real clinical utility.
At xCures, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of quality and trust. Like the tools we build, our work is driven by precision, performance, and purpose. xCures is excited to champion responsible interoperability and the transformative potential of AI in healthcare, when done with the right values front of mind.
About the Role
You are xCures’ first dedicated RevOps hire. You will inherit a HubSpot instance built organically over six years and a mandate to migrate, rationalize, and scale it into a commercial engine capable of supporting 20+ reps. Every system decision you make carries HIPAA compliance implications. You will work directly with our CFO, CRO, and commercial leadership — building the infrastructure that powers every revenue decision from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Own the GTM Systems Architecture
- Manage and evolve the commercial tech stack (HubSpot)
- Evaluate and execute a potential CRM migration (e.g. to Salesforce, Monaco, Lightfield)
- Manage tools including Equals, Sybill, QuotaPath
- Ensure the CRM is HIPAA-compliant and the trusted system of record, with clean field definitions, automation logic, time-stamping, and reporting structure
- Rationalize the CS system (currently ClickUp) — ensuring it is unified and cleanly integrated with the sales CRM
- Design scalable data models, workflows, and integrations across all commercial systems
- Own documentation and governance standards for all GTM tooling
Build Automation & AI-Powered Workflows
- Identify and deploy automation across the revenue lifecycle — pipeline tracking, rep activity capture, routing, enrichment, and reporting
- Implement Sybill (or equivalent) for AI-driven call recording and CRM auto-logging — fully operationalized within 90 days
- Own AI adoption as a flagship RevOps initiative — evaluate and operationalize workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make)
Enable Reliable Commercial Reporting
- Replace Google Sheets-based forecasting with a scalable, CRM-integrated solution — Equals or equivalent
- Build and maintain core commercial dashboards: pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, deal velocity, rep activity
- Deliver biweekly insight reports with actionable recommendations, not just charts
- Partner with the CFO and CRO to ensure reporting feeds financial planning and board preparation
Territory, Quota & Commission Operations
- Design and execute territory assignment for new AEs and SDRs across cohorts
- Build the compensation framework in QuotaPath — aligned to gross-new bookings, clean-slate mechanics, and renewal kicker structure
- Own end-to-end commission tracking — accurate calculations, timely payouts, transparent communication
- Build and deploy the H1 spiff framework focused on time-to-productivity and pipeline generation
Establish Systems Governance
- Establish and maintain HIPAA-compliant data protocols across all GTM tooling — CRM, call recording, enrichment, reporting
- Lead change management for every tool rollout — rep adoption is a success metric, not an afterthought
- Build the commercial operating cadence: pipeline reviews, deal reviews, and account review rhythm
- Develop and deliver ongoing training programs for the commercial team on GTM tools, CRM best practices, and system updates, ensuring reps and leaders are equipped to use the stack effectively as it evolves
Qualifications
Required
- 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems in a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
- Hands-on CRM migration experience; HubSpot to Salesforce is a strong plus
- Deep, hands-on HubSpot admin experience; Salesforce experience required
- Experience building territory models, commission plans, and quota frameworks from scratch
- Comfortable with BI tools for commercial reporting — Equals, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, or similar
- Strong understanding of core RevOps metrics: pipeline health, win rates, conversion rates, deal velocity
- Ability to design scalable, HIPAA-compliant systems and automation for a rapidly growing commercial team
- Comfortable navigating a fast-scaling organization — 5+ new AEs and 2+ SDRs joining in cohorts over 60 days
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — data-driven, not instinct-driven
- Can translate operational data into board-level narratives for a CFO and founder audience
Preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI workflow tools — Sybill, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar
- SQL or data architecture experience
- Experience in healthcare, oncology, clinical technology, or life sciences environments
- Salesforce certification or admin credentials
- Experience supporting a CRO or VP Sales through a 0-to-scale motion
Location
xCures operates in a distributed, remote-first environment. Candidates may be located anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings may be required.
The successful candidate must already have authorization to work in the United States. At this time, xCures does not offer sponsorship.
Additional Considerations
This is a build role, not a maintenance role. xCures has not previously had a dedicated RevOps function — you are stepping into a greenfield environment that requires both the judgment to architect for scale and the hands-on willingness to do the work yourself.
Every system decision carries HIPAA compliance implications. Candidates who are energized by that responsibility — and who understand that compliant infrastructure is a competitive advantage in healthcare — will thrive here.
You will be joining at an inflection point: the commercial team is scaling from 2 to 10+ reps, a new CRO is being onboarded, and the revenue infrastructure is being built in real time. Candidates who are accustomed to fully-staffed RevOps teams may find this role less suitable. Those who are energized by ownership and first-principles building will find it deeply rewarding.
Compensation
- Salary range: $150,000 – $170,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision insurance
- 401k
- Equity options
