About the role

As Director/Senior Director, Partnership Sales, you will develop and execute a channel and partner sales strategy, identifying and managing relationships with resellers, technology partners, system integrators, and other strategic alliances. You will play a key role in scaling xCures go-to-market efforts through indirect sales channels, ensuring partners are enabled, engaged, and driving revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Execute against xCures partnership and channel sales plans and corporate goals, including contact activities, meeting generation, and commercial pull-through resulting in revenue growth.
  • Identify, onboard and manage key partners, including resellers, technology providers, system integrators and alliances.
  • Establish joint go-to-market strategies with partners to expand xCures market reach.
  • Drive revenue through indirect sales channels by developing incentive programs, co-selling strategies, and partner training initiatives.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage long-term strategic relationships.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
  • Use CRM software to track and analyze partner performance, metrics to optimize strategies and report performance to leadership.
  • Understand and communicate the value of xCures’ SaaS products
  • Participate in all required training and sales meetings
  • Make sales presentations including individual meetings via the phone and video conference

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in partnership sales, channel development, or business development in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partner programs that drive significant revenue.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience working with resellers, system integrators, and technology alliances.
  • Ability to develop joint go-to-market strategies and enable partners for success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Health Tech, Provider/Health System and Lab/Diagnostics market is a plus.

Other Plusses

  • Undergraduate degree in a health sciences and/or technical field
  • Graduate degree(s) in a relevant subject area
  • Customer management experience using a CRM system like Hubspot
  • Previous professional experience in the SaaS/healthcare domain
  • Strong technical skill sets

Salary & Benefits

Base: $110,000-$150,000 + Performance Incentives
