Ben brings 20 years of experience in leading financial planning, strategy, and corporate development across multiple sectors. Before joining xCures, he held senior finance leadership roles, notably at Adaptive Biotechnologies, where he played a key role in scaling the company from a startup to a $7B public enterprise, driving operational and financial growth that culminated in a successful IPO. Ben also served in finance roles at Amazon and Zulily, where he was a key contributor to its $2.4B acquisition by QVC Group. Ben is a CFA charterholder and has an MBA from the University of Washington.

Glenn Kramer has developed AI-enhanced computational geometry engines, transaction processing systems, business intelligence / market monitoring systems, and innovative investment products that use predictive analytics. He holds 22 issued US Patents. He was most recently Chief Data Scientist at SRS Acquiom. He holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Sussex.

Kenny has over a decade of product leadership/management experience in growing innovative healthcare products. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Products at GenomeSmart which was acquired by Ambry Genetics in 2020, a subsidiary of Konica Minolta. Prior to that, he was the Senior Product Director for Counsyl, which was acquired by Myriad Genetics in 2018. Kenny developed his passion for helping patients early in his career as a board-certified genetic counselor at UCSF Medical Center. He holds a BSc from University of British Columbia in Cell Biology and Genetics and a MS in Human Genetics from Sarah Lawrence College.

Josh brings over a decade of experience in digital health, leading legal and privacy functions.  Prior to joining xCures, he was at Commure, was the founding member of the Evidation legal department, and spent time in the EHR universe, with a focus on bringing novel, cutting-edge products to market.  Before moving in-house, Josh was at Reed Smith, a global law firm, in the Life Science & Health Industry group.  He holds a J.D. from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) and a B.A. from Wesleyan University.
