About the Role / Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) leader who will champion our drive for organizational growth and operational excellence. Reporting within our Product organization, you will:
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive resource prioritization to align with corporate goals
- Ship product, feature, and process improvements to scale our operations and technologies
- Build and enhance quality, regulatory, compliance, and security frameworks
- Lead configuration and delivery coordination for keystone partners
- Elevate xCures’ strategic planning and team development efforts
You are detail-oriented, motivated by efficiency, and thrive in dynamic, high-impact environments. Your strategic mindset and tactical adaptability will enable you to leave a lasting imprint on xCures.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (in health sciences, engineering, or a related/technical field preferred)
Experience:
- 5+ years in program/project leadership roles, preferably in start-ups or high-tech environments
- Managerial/team- or capability-building experience preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in organizational processes such as OKRs, portfolio management, SDLC
- Proficiency with agile methodologies and task/documentation management systems
- Strong technical skills (e.g., Python scripting, SQL querying, or automation pipeline development)
- Outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience in healthcare/AI
- Experience interfacing with clients, especially in enterprise SaaS contexts
- Demonstrated success in building teams and scaling organizations
- Mission alignment
Location
This is a remote position open to candidates nationwide. Anticipate occasional (e.g., quarterly) travel in the continental US for in-person team activities, client delivery milestones, industry conference attendance, key vendor negotiations, etc.

$115,000-$175,000
